Can Bumper Door be Reinstalled After Installing a Trailer Hitch on a 2013 GMC Terrain
Question:
Is there a hitch that I can install and the factory plastic cover will stay in place? Basically covering the hitch so it will be invisible, preferably Class-III but if a smaller hitch is my only option is it specific to a certain brand that will be hidden once installed.

I checked the various instructions for the hitches available for your 2013 GMC Terrain. The fascia door can only be reinstalled after a hitch is installed on the Chevy Equinox but not the GMC Terrain. GM may have an alternate cover that you can get from a dealer that is deeper and will fit over the hitch.
But what I recommend is to go with a Class III hitch like you wanted, # 13591 is a great choice, and then use a hitch cover such as # AUT-GMC2-C which will look pretty awesome. I have included a link to all of the GMC hitch covers for 2 inch hitches.
