Will I need to drill holes in some part of the car to install the hitch ?

There is no drilling required to install the Curt hitch part # C11094 on your 2007 Kia Rio.
Basically you will just raise the hitch into position and then bolt it into place. I attached a link to the install instructions for this hitch for you to check out as well.
