Brake controllers are not vehicle specific, so the Tekonsha Primus IQ Trailer Brake Controller # TK90160 featured in the installation video you referenced will work well for your 2004 Ford F-350 Super Duty. The vehicle specific part of the installation is the plug-in wiring adapter.
If your F-350 has a factory 4-way trailer connector or a factory 7-way connector, the Plug-In Wiring Adapter # 3035-P will allow you to easily install the # TK90160 brake controller. As far as we know, all of the F-350 Super Duty trucks came out of the factory with one of these connectors.
The factory brake controller port is located behind the dash panel, on the right hand side. You can remove this panel to ensure that the brake controller port is available on your F-350. The # 3035-P wiring adapter will install by plugging into this port, as shown in the video, which I have linked to this answer page.
I have also linked the installation instructions for the brake controller and wiring harness for you.
