What is the distance from the tongue to the ground when the jack is fully extended?

That depends on the trailer that jack # DL22560 is installed on. I can tell you that when mounted this jack measure 27-5/16 inches from the center of the mounting bracket to the bottom of the wheel with the jack fully extended. When fully retracted it is 15-5/8 inches.
Trailers are all different heights with different frame dimensions so you have to go by the extended/retracted measurements.
