According to my research, your 2007 4WD Honda Pilot is capable of being flat towed, but Honda has some very exact instructions that need to be closely followed to prevent damaging the vehicle, so please consult your owner's manual.

The Roadmaster # RM-522 and the # 1550-1 base plate would be compatible with your Pilot. The 6 diode wiring kit you mentioned, part # 154-792-118158 would also work fine. The # RM-643 safety cables, the # RM-055-3 Tow Bar Cover and the # SM99251 Stay In Play braking system would all be work fine, as well.

In addition to the parts we've gone over, When the tow bar is installed, you'll want the towbar to be within 3 inches of level. The base plates will be 26-1/2 inches off the ground when installed (measured from the ground to the top of the base plate), so depending on your hitch height you might need a high-low adapter. You'll need to determine the height difference between the hitch on your RV and 21-1/2 inches and then choose the proper high-low adapter to place the tow bar within 3 inches of level. I'll link you to our selection of high-low adapters.
