Troubleshooting No Sound On Hopkins Smart Hitch When Backing Up

Hi last year I got a Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera and Hitch Aligner System worked great at the end of nov last year I un plug it from in side of the truck put it in the house today I put it back in the truck no sound when I back up to the trailer help thanks

I assume you are familiar with the operation of the Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera, part # HM50002.
On the right side of the unit there is a button that has 3 volume levels and mute. It is possible that mute could have been engaged. There should be a display on the screen that shows what volume level you are at on the unit.
