Question:
I have a 2004 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab. I did a search for roof racks naked roof for my vehicle, and this product came up: SR1005 Im interested to know if I can get this system but with wider crossbars. I noticed there are other Sportrack systems that have wider crossbars, however they do not come up as an option for my vehicle. Thanks

I have a solution for you, but the Sportrack Square Bar Semi-Custom Roof Rack # SR1005 that is confirmed to fit your 2004 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab does not offer different length crossbars for your vehicle. The manufacturer recommends the 45-1/2 inch long crossbars, and longer crossbars and not sold separately for this system.
For a roof rack system that will provide you with longer crossbars on your 2004 Toyota Tacoma, I recommend using the Inno Square Bar Roof Rack with 50 Inch Square Bars # INB127, Inno Feet for Square Crossbars # INSUT, and the Custom Fit Kit # INK143. The square crossbars that Inno recommends are 50 inches long, and this roof rack will offer a custom fit for your vehicle, rather than a semi-custom fit.
I have attached an installation video of a similar rack on a vehicle for you to have an idea of the installation process.
