The spare tire you have that is a 205/75-15 has a diameter of 27.10 inches.

The 225/75-15 tires on your trailer have a diameter of 28.28 inches so they are a little over an inch bigger diameter.

It is not recommend to mix different size tires on a trailer because the tires could overheat causing tire failure. If using this as a spare tire, if you need to use it I recommend only using it until you can get to a shop that can replace it with a tire that matches the other tires on the trailer.

If you have bias-ply tires on your trailer I recommend the Taskmaster ST225/75D15 Bias Ply Trailer Tire, part # TTWSF22515D. This is a Load Range D tire and has a maximum load capacity of 2,540 lbs at 65 psi.

If you have radial tires on your trailer I recommend part # TTWTRTM2257515D. This is also a Load Range D tire and has the same load capacity.

If you are interested in a tire/wheel combo, you can use the attached helpful article that shows you how to determine the wheel bolt pattern of the wheel. Then just let me know what that bolt pattern is and also if you need a radial tire or bias-ply and I will be happy to make some recommendations that will work for you.
