The Yakima Core Bar Roof Rack kit for the 2015 Ford Flex with roof side rails consists of the 60 inch long core bar itself, part # Y00422 as well as the TimberLine Towers, part # Y33TR.
This rack is indeed a fit for your 2015 Ford Flex, and includes the installation tool needed to connect the Towers to the existing roof rails. Lock cores are sold separately as part # Y07204.
