Replacement Trailer Slipper Spring for a WaveRunner Trailer
Question:
i have a waverunner trailer that needs new slipper leaf springs. From the bolt to where the slipper passes thru center to center is 24, i measured the actual spings i have now on there and the overall length is 27inch long but i am sure they are flexed and out of shape or length. What size slipper leaf spring should i get. the slipper spring i have now are 4 leafs. One more question do you have galvanized leafs? I put these on two years ago and they are completely rusted out again. Or do you recomend i coat them as often as possible. Woops one more question do you recomend i put the axle under the springs or over the springs or does it matter?

Trailer springs tend to stretch out around 1/2 inch from the dimension they had when new. For your waverunner trailer the part # SP-177275 should work well as it has a 1k axle rating and is 23-1/8 inches long where yours is 24.
We don't have galvanized springs unfortunately, and I would recommend you keep the spring over/under the axle in the same configuration as you have it now.
