Troubleshooting Connector Kit for DeeZee Truck Bed Auxiliary Tank DZ97960 Overfilling

We have installed 4 new kits and they all over fill. I have a 2016 Chev 2500hd duramax. RDS Diesel Install Kit for Auxiliary Diesel Fuel Tank — Fits Chevy/GMC Trucks DZ97960 is the parts we are using. I am not very good at this computer stuff.

I spoke to my contact at DeeZee about your situation and his response was to make sure you are sitting still with the engine off for the valve to work properly. If you have the engine running it can cause damage to the truck.

The fuel line that comes with the Connector Kit #DZ97960 that you referenced is 5/16 inch and the fitting that you referenced that threads into a fuel tank like the part #DZ91752X is 5/8 of an inch. I confirmed this with my contact at DeeZee.
