Are Stabilizing Straps Required When Carrying Bikes In Curt Trailer Hitch On 2016 BMW X1
Question:
Does the Curt C13303 class III hitch requires stability straps when using a bike rack? Do I only need the straps if the rack bounces up and down? My rack doesnt rattle and I only carry 2 bikes at a time. Thank you For 2016 BMW X1
