The trailer hitch I recommend for your 2014 Keystone Cougar is the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # 13703.

This hitch fit frames from 22 to 72 inches wide. It has a 2 inch receiver opening and has a tongue weight capacity of 350 lbs and a towing capacity of 3,500 lbs. The side brackets will fit box, c-channel, or I-beam frames. This hitch can be welded or bolted when installing. I have attached a link to an installation video for this hitch you can check out.
