Beach cruiser bikes are generally heavier than other bikes and could have fenders. Because of these features I recommend a platform style bike rack that holds the bikes at the frames. For a 4-bike platform style rack you will need to have a Class III trailer hitch with a 2 inch receiver. If you do not already have one I recommend # C13386. For a bike rack a popular option that I recommend is the Sport Rider # HR1400Z. This carrier can hold 4 bikes of different sizes and shapes and has a capacity of 45 pounds per bike. I have linked a video review of this rack for you.

If the bikes do not have fenders then I recommend the Thule T2, # TH69TX, which has arms that clamp down on the front bike tires.
