4-Way Recommendation for a 2010 Dodge Ram with 7-Way to Power LED Lightbar
Question:
I have 2 questions regarding curt t connector. plugs into the back of the 7 prong factory trailer plug and provides another 4 pin receptable. 1. Does the 7 pin factory plug seperate easily from the back or is there a trick to it? 2. When installed, it has another 4 pin receptacle, does the 4 pin in the combo 7 and 4 pin factory installed plug still work as well I have a 2010 dodge ram 1500 and want an additional 4 pin plug for a tailgate light bar but I still need the o.e. plug for boat trailer

The 7-way of your 2010 Dodge Ram will separate easily to allow you to install the Curt T-Connector part # C55384 easily. Also, the current 7-way and 4-way you have on your truck will still be fully functional with this adapter installed.
This would be the perfect solution for what you are looking to accomplish.
