The trailer hitch I recommend for your 2013 Mazda 3 sedan is the Curt Class I Receiver Hitch # C11393. The recommended drawbar for this hitch is the Curt Drawbar # C45521. I have attached an installation video of this hitch on a similar 2020 Mazda 3 for you. I strongly recommend checking your owner's manual for the towing capacity of your vehicle, but the hitch offers a gross trailer weight capacity of 2,000 pounds with a maximum tongue weight of 200 pounds.
You will want a hitch ball with the correct ball diameter for the coupler on your trailer. For a ball with a 1-7/8 inch diameter, I recommend # 19256.
For wiring your vehicle, the correct wiring harness for your vehicle will depend on if it has the Grand Touring LED Taillight Package or not. If your Mazda 3 does have this package, I recommend the Tow Ready Upgraded Circuit Protected Modulite with 4-Pole Harness and Installation Kit # 118420. If your vehicle does not have this taillight package, I recommend the Tow Ready T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Connector # 118420. I have attached an installation video of the plug-and-play harness on a 2011 Mazda 3.
