2008 Grand Cherokee 4-Way and 7-Way Recommendation

Hi, Ive got a 2008 Grand Cherokee Limited with the 5.7 Hemi - and Im looking for a wiring harness. We use round 7 pin plugs, rather than the 4 pin Ive seen specd on your site. Can I just buy the 4 pin, and then the 7 pin adaptor you sell? Cheers,

You would need to first start with a 4-way for your 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee. For that you would need the part # 118425.

Now if your trailer does not have brakes all you would need is the part # 37185 as an adapter to convert the 4-way to a 7-way.

If you do have trailer brakes you would need a brake controller and the # ETBC7 instead of the # 37185. This kit comes with everything needed to wire up the 7-way and install a brake controller.

For a brake controller I would recommend the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90885. This is our best selling brake controller because of how well it works and how easy it is to setup.
