Trailer Hitch Recommendation for a 2016 BMW 328i Sedan for Thule Platform Bike Rack

Hi, I was looking for rack hitches for a 2016 BMW 328i. I currently own a Thule 2 bike rack 1 1/4 from ~2010. I believe it is the TH990XT. Would this rack fit the hitch you sell for the BMW? Thanks!

The TH990XT is actually an older DoubleTrack. An easy way to tell if what you have is a DoubleTrack is by how the rack attaches to bikes. Does the rack grab the wheels or the frame for attachment? If wheels then it's a T2 TH9045. If frame, it's a DoubleTrack.

Either rack would fit your 2016 BMW 328i as long as you install the Curt hitch part # C11367 that has been confirmed as a fit. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.

Curt requires the use of their stabilizer strap part # 18050 when using their hitch to carry a non-supported load like a bike rack. I attached a review video for you to check for the strap as well.
