Is the Curt Trailer Wiring for a 2012 Honda CR-V Compatible with LED Trailer Taillights
Question:
I have a 2012 Honda CRV - all original, no changes to the lights or to the electrical system. I would like to put LED lights on a trailer. Will your wiring system allow all the LED lights on the trailer to function properly, I.e. running lights, stop lights, turn signals? Can LED side marker lights be used on the trailer? Thank you

Expert Reply:
Yes, the Curt trailer wiring harness part # C56158 that has been confirmed as a fit for your 2012 Honda CR-V is compatible with LED trailer lights. LED lights are great because they don't draw as much amperage as incandescents and they last forever. If anything LEDs will work better than incandescents with this kit.
I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
