Hi I have a 2012 Ford F-250 with a 4inch zone lift kit on it -with the lift kit installed will this kit work on my truck?

Thank you for the photo of your 2012 F-250 with aftermarket body lift kit installed.

For your 2012 Ford F-250 use Air Lift kit # AL88395 if you have 2WD; or kit # AL88396 if the truck is 4WD. Both of these kits install without drilling and both are compatible with a 5th wheel or gooseneck hitch IF these are installed with universal (not custom) brackets. An install video is linked for you.

A Zone body lift kit will not affect the installation of a rear-axle air bag suspension system like the one you referenced, Air Lift # AL88339. Suspension lift kits on the other hand can affect air bag installation and require spacers. But please note that this particular kit is for GMC/Chevrolet trucks and it does NOT fit your F-250.
