Would the Exhaust of a 2016 Mazda 3 Melt Bike Tires when Using Swagman XC S64650

Question:

I have a 2016 madza3 5dr when I put the platform receiver hitch on will I have a problem with the two exhaust pipes on the tires or rims

The distance from the hitch pin hole of the Swagman bike rack part # S64650 to the nearest wheel hoop is 10-1/2 inches. The shank of this rack also has a rise of 4 inches built into it. The tires of your bikes would be far enough away from the exhaust that you wouldn't have any problems.

With this bike rack we have not had any issues with exhaust so I can confidently say you will be fine.

If you do not have a hitch already you would want the Draw-Tite part # 24914 which has been confirmed as a fit and would work well.
