I HAVE A 1995 FORD F250 DIESEL WITH 8 FT BED AND FACTORY 16 INCH WHEELS. USING A DRAWTITE 41904 HITCH WILL MY SPARE TIRE CARRIER UNDER TRUCK STILL FUNCTION WITHOUT MODIFICATIONS AS TO CLEAR THE 41904 HITCH

Draw-Tite Class IV and V 2-inch Ultra Frame hitch # 41904 will fit your 1995 8-foot-bed diesel F-250 if it has a standard or step bumper. The only fit limitation with this hitch is the bed length; this hitch only fits 8-foot beds as noted in the linked instructions. You'll need only basic hand tools and a torque wrench like # ALL944001.
It will not be necessary to relocate the factory spare tire underneath the box. If a larger-than-standard tire is used as a spare, it may have to be relocated. On some models equipped with a 16” spare tire, it will be necessary to adjust spare tire cradle to retain under vehicle tire stowage after hitch is installed.
