The Thule K-Summit Self Tensioning Tire Chains you referenced, part # TH02230K77 are indeed a fit for your Sprinter with 245/75-16 tires.

I checked the owner's manual for the 2011 Sprinter, and found that using a Class U tire chain is specified. A Class U chain will allow at least 23mm of clearance between the closest portion of the chain on the inside of the tire and the closest obstruction (suspension member, brake component, etc.)

The K-Summit does not extend to the inside of the tire, so they'd provide plenty of clearance. Thule makes a great tire chain, and they offer a very strong 5 year warranty, versus 60 or 90 days for other chains. If you feel that you'll be using the chains often, it'll be well worth it to get chains that are easy to install and remove like the K-Summit.
