How do I get the wire inside my 2013 F150?

I attached an install video that shows the Hopkins Back Up Camera part # HM50002 being installed in a similar Ford F-150 as yours.
You can see around the 3:15 mark how our installer routed the wire to the interior of the truck through a grommet underneath the trim piece right by the door threshold.
