If you check out the attached link you will see a guide that covers everything needed to install electric over hydraulic brakes on a trailer. One link is for disk brakes and the other is for drum brakes.

Hopefully the spindles on your axles are one of the common spindle sizes that we offer hub/drums for. That way something that we offer would fit. This will be the biggest thing. All of that is covered in the help article though.

We do not have information for your trailer based on the serial number that you listed unfortunately. But if you follow the guides I attached you will see if what you are looking to do is possible.
