As long as the suspension components are in good shape you can install a rear-axle air bag kit to give you the ability to adjust your ride height to suit your cargo or towing load. The linked page will show you all rear-axle air bag kits for your F-250 4X4. If you have a gas engine kit # F2550. Install video is linked for you.

If you like you can add an Air Command compressor system # F2158 which will allow you to inflate/deflate the two bags equally from the comfort of your seat. An install video is provided for you.

If your 2012 F-250 4X4 with 27K-miles on it is sagging in the rear even when the bed is unloaded and there is no trailer hitched then I suggest you might want to have the suspension checked out by a qualified shop. With only modest mileage on the truck it should not be sagging unless the truck has been previously overloaded.
