Trailer Hitch and Wiring for a 2016 Audi Q5

The dealer wants way too much $$ to install a trailer hitch and wiring in my 2016 Q5. Do you have a better option? What part nums do I nned/

We do have trailer hitch and wiring options for your 2016 Audi Q5 that will surely be more economical than the dealer options. For a trailer hitch you can use the popular Curt Class III trailer hitch # C13136. I have included a link to a video showing an example installation for you.

For a trailer wiring harness you can use # 119250KIT to add a 4-Way flat trailer connector to the back of the vehicle.

If you plan on doing some towing I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
