The Curt Class III hitch # C13315 made for your 2016 Lexus NX 200t does indeed use a different mounting point than the Draw-Tite # 75956. The reason is that the higher tongue weight (TW) capacity of the Curt hitch, 600-lbs, requires installation on a different section of the frame. My contact at Curt confirmed this for me. The other hitches' TW capacities are 350-lbs. I'd definitely go for the Curt hitch for your car.
All hitches fit your car, install without drilling and come with the required hardware. It will be easier to install any of these if you temporarily lower the exhaust from its hangers. Spray some lube such as WD-40 on the rubber hangers and use a large screwdriver or pry bar to pop the exhaust loose. This just gives you easier access to the mounting points for the hitch, then the exhaust pops right back on when you're done.
I have linked the written instructions for each hitch along with a helpful article.
If you plan to tow you'll need a wiring harness # 118652 as well as a ball mount, pin and clip. For flexibility you might consider the kit # 989900 which includes 2 sizes of hitch ball, 2 ball mounts and the pin and clip.
