If your 2014 GMC Savana Van has a factory-installed 7-way trailer connector at the back bumper then the van will have the blue output brake wire already ran from the back to the front. It is located under the dash near the emergency brake pedal. This connects to the blue output wire from the controller. If instead the van has a round plug with a cap inside the driver's side frame rail, instead of a bundle of wires in the jack storage compartment, use part # 30955.
If the van does NOT have a factory trailer connector (or plug) then instead you'll use a hardwire brake controller install kit # ETBC7. An install video and article are linked to help you. And if your van has no 4-pole trailer connector (like the one shown in the linked photo) then you'll also need to install one of those. Use part # 118392.
There is no plug-and-play wiring adapter for your van, as there is for many trucks, since it does not have a connection port under the dash.
