Good news, I can help you figure out if this rack will work with your 2008 Saturn Vue.
This bike rack has a 10-1/2 inch clearance from center of the hitch pin hole to the first wheel loop on the rack, which accommodates many vehicles. It also comes with an adapter that will make it work with both sized hitch openings 1-1/4 and 2 inch.
The clearance for your vehicle would depend on the hitch you have on your vehicle, and the distance from its center hitch pin hole to the edge of your bumper. I have attached an image of the measurement on the Curt hitch for your vehicle # 13594. This center of pin hole to the outermost edge of the bumper is approximately 4inches, which more than accommodates this rack.
It's important to note that you will never want to exceed the lowest rated item in your setup, you will need to check the tongue weight on your hitch to confirm that it is suitable for the combined weight of the rack and bikes on it.
If you don't already have a hitch, the Curt # 13594, I mentioned earlier would be a good choice for you. I have linked all the hitches that are custom fit for your vehicle for your convenience.
