I have a 2003 Ford F-250 XLT extended cab 4 door with a 7.3 Diesel, will this hitch work, Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Square Tube Slider 6,000 lbs Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 10 Bolt Part Numbers: RP30051,RP30035

The Reese Universal Rail kit part # RP30035 and the Reese Slider hitch part # RP30051 that you referenced have both been confirmed as fits for your 2003 Ford F-250 short bed.
A custom install rail kit like the part # RP50082-58 will install much easier though as it will minimize drilling. I attached install videos for both rail kits for you to check out to help you decide which you prefer.
