Will the 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan hitch fit a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan

No, none of the trailer hitches for the 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan will fit the 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. The 2010 models require a different design. I have included a link to the options that fit the 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan.
The most popular option is Curt hitch # 13364. If you plan on doing some towing I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # EBMK4. It comes with a ball mount with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop, interchangeable ball set, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
If the ball mount kit does not have the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, use the link I have included that explains how to measure to choose a ball mount to tow the trailer level.
And to add a 4-Way flat trailer connector at the back you can use # 118552. I have linked videos showing installation of the wiring and hitch for you.
