Is it Possible to Tow Military Trailer with Air over Hydraulic Brakes with 2015 Ford F-250

I have military style trailer with air over hydraulic and want to make it work with my 2015 F250 which has the trailer integration controls

You would have to convert the trailer over to a different braking system to use the controller in your 2015 Ford F-250.

This would require a lot of changes to the trailer including the hubs and drums, brake assemblies, wiring or hydraulic lines added depending on the system, a coupler depending on the system, and other miscellaneous items for installation.

While you do have hydraulic brake assemblies on your trailer currently we can't know for certain if they would be rated for the same psi as our actuators of if they would be in any way else incompatible.
