The Reese Friction Sway Control Kit # 83660 comes setup to be installed on the passenger side of a trailer, but you can easily install it on the driver side of a trailer by removing the inner piece of the unit, flipping it around 180 degrees and then reinserting it.
You will need to have a tab welded to the other side of the ball mount. For that you will need the part # C45822.
