Troubleshooting Trailer Wiring Circuits Not Functional on a 2006 Nissan Titan

New harness and new pig tail, still lights dont work. Suspect something on truck any ideas?

Nissan vehicles like your 2006 Nissan Titan need to have relays installed so that the taillight circuits will be functional. The part # N40975 that you referenced comes with the needed relays.
If for some reason you do not have the relays then you could just order the part # C57000.
Under the hood of your truck is a relay box that should have all of the slots filled. For the running lights there will also be a relay behind the dash on the driver side.
If you check out the 1:50 mark of the video I attached you can see them being installed in a similar Nissan Titan
