How To Determine Replacement Brake Drums and Assemblies for Fifth Wheel Trailer
Question:
Can you point me to the right brake parts for a Dexter Axle on a Jayco 2008 fifth wheel 29.5 Eagle? I am interested in self adjusting assemblies and Drums with bearings. Thanks

To choose the correct replacement Nev-R-Adjust brake assemblies, I'd need to know the inside diameter and depth of your existing brake drums. In order to recommend replacement drums, I'd need to know the inner and outer bearings used by your current hubs and the wheel bolt pattern of your wheels. I'd also need to know the inside diameter of the inner hub bore and the diameter of the spindle where the grease seal rides. These measurements need to be accurate to three decimal places, using a digital caliper like # PTW80157 is recommended.
Unfortunately, I don't have reference material that would tell me what axle and brake components a given fifth wheel or trailer would use.
