Recommended Axle-Less System That Can Use Hubs With 8 on 6-1/2 Bolt Pattern
Question:
Are there any hubs for these axle-less systems which allow a wheel with an 8 on 6.5inch lug nut pattern, or are all models 5 on 4.5inch patterns?

Expert Reply:
We do have axle-less systems with just the spindle that would work with drums that have an 8 on 6-1/2 bolt pattern.
One system I recommend is part # TASR7KS01. This axle-less system comes with the brake flange and will work for 1 and 2 axle trailers that use regular, low pressure tires.
The brakes I recommend for this system are 12 inch electric brakes like part # 23-106 for the right hand and part # 23-105 for the left.
If you are looking for hydraulic drum brakes, the right hand you would need is part # 23-325 and the left hand is part # 23-324.
The hub and drum assembly I recommend is part # 42866UC3-EZ. This comes with bearings, races, seal, grease cap, wheel bolts and lug nuts.
I have attached a link to our product page for the axle-less systems we have that do not have the hub and drum included. Some systems have the brake flange included like the system I mentioned above. You can use the filters on the page to find the system that works best for you.
