Need to get a Curt Fifth Wheel hitch #16245 Q24. Bottom and top custom rails. For a 2008 Ford F-250 Harley Davidson Edition 6 3/4 Foot Bed

A custom-bracket installation kit will save you time and require less drilling as compared to universal kits. I suggest the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit # RP50082-58 which includes industry-standard above-bed base rails and custom under-bed brackets. I have linked an installation video showing a 2009 F-250. This install kit works with all 5th wheel hitches except the Reese Elite and Valley UBS.

Curt Q24 Fixed 5th wheel hitch # C16245 is not recommended for 6-3/4-foot bed length trucks like your 2008 Ford F-250 Harley Davidson Edition unless it is used with a Sidewinder replacement pin box on the trailer. Slider hitches like the Curt Q24 # C16546 are better for short-beds since they will provide the clearance you need for low-speed turns. Please see the linked article on Sidewinders.
