Can a Lube Plate be Used with a 5th Airborne or 5th Airborne and Sidewinder Pin Box
Question:
Can I still use a teflon plate on the pin at my trailer hitch as i used when I had a conventional hitch set up? Instructions say to lube the plate for ease of sliding... thank you...

For a regular 5th Airborne pin box such as # 5AB-E1621-610 you could use a lube plate appropriate for your trailer hitch. I have included a link to the lube plates we have. But If you have a 5th Airborne Sidewinder combo I do not recommend the use of a lube plate because of the wedge used on the Sidewinder.
