2 inch Hitch Recommendation for a 2010 Ford Edge for Bike Rack
Question:
I have a 2010 Ford Edge with a factory 1 1/4inch hitch rack. Id like to replace it with a 2inch hitch rack not for towing purposes, but for bike rack options. What would you recommend as a perfect fitting replacement of the factory 1 1/4inch hitch rack? Very difficult? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Sincerely,

For a 2 inch trailer hitch that would work great on your 2010 Ford Edge I would recommend the Draw Tite Hitch part # 75992. This hitch has plenty of tongue weight capacity for your bike rack and wouldn't require a stabilizer strap like the Curt does when used with bike racks.
I attached an install video plus a video that shows a comparison of the hitches available for your vehicle.
The Swagman XTC2, part # S64670 is one of the most popular racks because it's so easy to use, and because the rack has an angled shank that would raise the bike rack up by three inches providing additional ground clearance. Because of that, this is the rack I'd recommend for you. The rack includes an anti-rattle hitch bolt, but a combination anti-rattle hitch lock/cable lock is available separately as part # S64031.
