What the cheapest way that I can get a fifth wheel hitch for my 2014 Dodge ram 3500 it comes with the factory prepack with it

The most inexpensive option we carry for the 2015 Ram 3500 with a hitch prep package would be the Reese Fifth Wheel Hitch part # RP30047 and the Rail Kit part # RP30154 rail kit adapter.
The part # BWRVK3600 that you referenced would be basically the nicest hitch option you would have, but would certainly not be the most inexpensive option.
