The Brophy camper tie downs # HSSF do not have a specific truck fit list, just some possible exclusions. They will not fit the following:
Will not fit step side beds or some double-wall beds
Will not fit some Dually beds
Will not fit some import trucks
Will not fit 2004-2008 Ford F-150 Pickups
Your 1992 Dodge Dakota does not fit into these categories so you would look at the video review and instructions linked to the right and compare them to your truck bed to determine if they will fit.
