Its 10inch in size with a bushing size of 2inch ID and about 2 1/8 inch OD I have a titan 60 Actuator on the front. The original trailer is 12 years old... Can you recommend a product or let me know what other information you might need. Thanks

First, you'll need to confirm the axle capacity - this is usually noted on a sticker or plate on the axle itself. You need to choose a kit with the correct braking capacity to match the trailer axle rating.

Since you do not know the brand of caliper and rotor you have I cannot recommend trying to replace just the calipers; I recommend installing a new kit with matching components that you know will be compatible with each other. You also need to match the wheel size of your trailer, the bolt pattern of your hubs to ensure the current wheels will fit and also match your bearings set to ensure the new hubs will fit your spindles.

You can use the linked page to select disc brake kits based on your required features. First click on your axle capacity; then select the type of rotors you have, either rotors alone or hub/rotors; then choose your wheel size and finally your wheel bolt pattern.

For example, if your axle is rated for 3500-lbs and uses hub/rotor assemblies, if it has 13-inch or larger wheels with a 5 on 4-1/2-inch bolt pattern and uses a 4-bolt brake mounting flange you can use kit # K2HR35D from Kodiak. These hub/rotor assemblies fit spindles that use inner bearing # L68149 and outer bearing # L44649. Bearings are not included in this particular kit so you'll need to order them along with the appropriate grease seal, part # RG06-050.
