The Derale 25-5/8" Dual High-Output, Electric Radiator Fan w/ Aluminum Shroud and Vents # D16826 would be a great choice for a fan setup for your 2001 Pontiac Trans Am with a LS3 engine.
For a thermostatic controller for the fan setup you would want the # D16788.
This setup will flow 4,000 CFM which should do well to cool your modified LS3 engine that I am jealous of. I have a heads/cam LS1 in my 1998 Trans Am, but few engines have the potential as the LS3.
