The Reese 16K Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch, # RP30047, is the most economical fit for your 2005 Ford F150.
On your 2005 Ford F150 I recommend the Reese 16K Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch with Slider, # RP30075, which is the best option if you do a lot of towing. It is a very smooth, no rattle hitch.
You would also need a Reese Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch Custom Installation Kit with Brackets and Rails - Ford F-150, # RP50081-58, which is bolt on, no drilling required option. It is a much better fit than the universal brackets.
The wiring kit you need is the Pollak Wiring, # PK11893-11932, which plugs into the OEM harness, no splicing needed.
I am sending a link to the installation instructions on the install kit.
