Is it normal for a properly installed sway bar to make a lot of noise when moving slowly, especially around corners?

Expert Reply:
Sway bars like the # 83660 can be noisy around corners. The friction of the system's plates moving on each other can cause some interesting noises.
Do not attempt to lubricate the plates of the system as that will reduce the effectiveness of it.
