Is A Sway Control System Needed When Towing a Coleman Fleetwood Pop Up Camper with a 2000 Volvo S70
Question:
I tow a 1994 coleman fleetwood americana sequoia pop up camper with a 2000 S70 volvo should I get a sway bar i just installed a new Curt 12211 class II hitch and I use a 2 inch ball and it weighs 1715. It also has electric brakes so I do use a brake controller. Thanks

A sway control system will help reduce trailer sway caused by crosswinds and improper trailer loading. A sway control bar, like the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit # 83660, will mount on your trailer's frame and to a sway control bracket # RP26005 at the trailer hitch receiver. I have attached an installation video of this sway control kit for you.
