For a Thule Replacement Threaded Pin take a look at part # 853-5917. This is a hitch pin that works with the Thule Replacement Lock Housing, part # 753-3725-02. It has a thread size of 12 mm.
It is designed for Thule brand bike racks. Most bike rack manufacturers will design the hitch locks to fit their products only. The threads are unique to that manufacturers bike racks.
