Hitch Lock for Reese Eclipse Bike Carrier

Hi, I saw a reply in the expert help section that this lock will work with the 63124 bike rack. Then I saw this comment in the customer reviews: by: Eric05/13/2014 I ordered this item the Hitch Receiver Lock to go with the Reese Eclipse Bike Rack but found out that it could not be use together because of the screw type pin on the bike rack. Other than that it works. Is it true that this lock wont work on the screw type pin provided with the rack? Thanks

To lock the (DISCONTINUED) Reese bike carrier 63124 you will actually need lock # 5200. You would only use the lock part, not the pin. The lock part will fit on the end of the threaded hitch bolt that comes with the bike carrier.
