Will Peterson Tow Light Kit Fit At Top Of Rear Hatch On 2015 Subaru Outback Being Towed

Question:

When my 2 bike carrier is mounted and we are traveling, I use a cover and the combination of bike/cover nearly completely covers the lights on this narrow vehicle. Talking to a helpful etrailer.com rep today, she pointed me to the various towing wiring harnesses to help eliminate this issue. So that I dont have any surprises, I would like to verify the Subject question. If it doesnt fit the Outback upper part of the rear trunk door then I would probably order the Heavy Duty Magnet harness application. Thanks in advance!

The Magnetic Tow Lights - Red LEDs - 4-Way Flat Connectors - 20' Long Harness # PE26UR should work well for you.

The TPeterson lights should securely attach to the top of your car with the strong magnets. This would put the lights above the bikes you are carrying as you want.
